Project Management
Project management is critical to the success of any project.  The Troux Group, Inc. project management team works alongside the client’s project management team to plan and deliver a quality solution.  This includes both detailed management at a task level, as well as higher level management, providing regular status reports of the health of the project resource utilization, timeline and budget.

M3 Functional Consulting
Troux Group, Inc. consultants have a total of over 30 years of combined M3 functional experience.   They have implemented M3 in a variety of industries, for both large and small clients.  This experience ensures a depth of knowledge that allows the fitting of client requirements to M3 best practices, at both software and industry levels.  Configuring of the M3 solution is done by Troux Group, Inc., and all knowledge transferred to the client team.

Data Cleansing, Conversion, Importing, etc.
Preparing for the cleansing, conversion and importing of client master data is part of the initial project planning process.  Troux Group, Inc. can provide recommendations, tools and best practice solutions for this essential activity, as well as resources if needed.

Training and Education
Training and education is delivered to the core team at the onset of the project to provide knowledge to assist in decisions required during system configuration.  Subsequent training and education can be delivered to end users, or done through a Train-the-Trainer approach by client personnel.   Customized training documentation can also be provided as part of the end-to-end solution. 

Business Process Development / Improvement
In order to guarantee the best solution necessary, Troux Group, Inc., will use industry standards to guide the M3 solution.  Current processes defined during the assessment phase will be analyzed to determine any improvements necessary, from either the client’s requests, or to benefit from best practices.
